Roseville will come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavors of Poland this Saturday as the Polish American Club of Sacramento hosts its 34th Annual Polish Festival.
The event runs from noon to 5 p.m. on September 6 at the Polish American Hall, 327 Main Street in Roseville. Admission and parking are free, and the day promises a full slate of cultural experiences for the whole familyAnnual Polish Festival.
Visitors can enjoy authentic Polish food including pierogi, golabki, kielbasa, and bigos, with Zywiec beer on tap and traditional desserts at the festival bakery. Entertainment will feature folk dance groups Lowiczanie and Sokoly, live polka music from Chet Chwalik PolMuz, and accordionist Nikolai Prisacar.
The festival also includes a marketplace with gifts and amber jewelry, a photo booth, and plenty of space to dance the polka in the air-conditioned ballroomAnnual Polish Festival.
Organizers say the festival is a chance to share Polish culture and hospitality with the broader community. “It’s a celebration of joy, flavor, and tradition,” the Polish American Club announced.
